Q: Why is the prepaid option not available on the website?

A: Currently, our website does not support prepaid payments directly at checkout. However, once you place an order, our team will give you a confirmation call on WhatsApp. During this call, you can choose to upgrade your order to prepaid safely and securely.

We are also working on adding prepaid options directly on the website very soon to make your shopping experience even smoother.

Q: When will I get my order?

A: We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A:
We accept multiple payment methods, including  net banking, UPI payments, and Cash on Delivery (COD) option. For COD, customers have to pay ₹200 extra and upfront.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: At Gensolekicks, we offer Free Shipping all over India. No hidden charges — the price you see is the final price you pay.

Q: What is the return policy?

A:
Gensolekicks offers replacement for any purchases made within 3 days of receiving the order, if  we deliver wrong size from what you ordered or any defective product is delivered, a replacement of the product will be available.
